God Complex

Filed under: We Can Do Better

My faith in all things government related is somewhat dormant at the moment. Is it me or is it that when someone is given a badge, they automatically catch a case of Goditus?

I can understand the stress and frustration a job can bring, but damn!

Brian Sterner, a 34 year old paralyzed man who was brought in on charges of fleeing a police officer because of a traffic violation was……..well, I’ll let you take a look for yourself:

I’m not discounting the fact that what he did was wrong because he was. Wheelchair or not, he broke the law. This however did not warrent the cruel and inhumane treatment that he recieved from this Florida officer, who literally tossed him out of his wheelchair and onto the floor like a rag doll. What really pisses me off is the way he was handled back into his wheelchair by the Jolly Green Dyke and left there possibly hurt and definitely humiliated. I for damn sure smell a BIG lawsuit on the horizon.

Charlette Marshall-Jones (Jolly Green Dyke) faces charges of abuse of a disabled person, a third-degree felony. If convicted, she could be sent to prison for five years.

So much for a God Complex!
